The first example is a property on Ashland St. that had been on the market for over 1100 days with two different experienced agents. When we stepped in, we advised specific adjustments, relisted it, and went under contract in just six days. Even after this contract fell through, the home was back under contract in another seven days.

The second case involved a home on the market for over 200 days. After overtaking the listing and making some changes, the home went under contract in six days, and though the first deal fell through, it was back under contract in ten days and the sale closed.
